Dzhinvira Winery is a small family winery, created with love for the vineyards and respect for the long-standing winegrowing tradition of Brestovitsa. Behind every bottle stands the work of generations who have devoted their lives to the land and the grapes.

Cabernet Franc
Thracian Rider Cabernet Franc is a red wine with a rich complex bouquet of green bell pepper, cocoa, tobacco and stone fruits. Juicy body with fruit characteristics and light dryish tannins. The taste brings to mind the flavour of ripe sour cherry, blackcurrants and dark chocolate.

Mavrud
Thracian Rider Mavrud – Dense colour with a purple shade, complex nose with notes of dried blueberries, blackberries, blue plums and cherries, a powerful body with ripe tannins, spicy taste and a long lasting flavour.

Thracian Rider Merlot is a red wine with deep crimson colour and rich bouquet of baked plum, chocolate and dry leaves. Full body with pleasant juiciness and slightly dry tannins. The taste reveals notes of ripe sour cherry, blackberry and prunes.

Thracian Rider is a dry white wine produced from handpicked grapes from family vineyards Dzhingarovi. The grapes have been cultivated according to ancient traditions dating back to Thracian times.

Thracian Rider Rubin – a Bulgarian local variety. The wine has a vivid dark ruby colour, an explosive nose with a fruity character of black cherry, blackberry and berries, a dense body and very tight tannins.
