The Dzhingarov Family

On April 2, 1940, our great-grandfather registered his first company under the name “Loza” – Georgi Dzhingarov. Its main activity was the trade and export of grapes, wine, and marmalade to Germany.
At that time, our grandfather made the bold decision to send a person there to study and acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for the development of the company. As a result, the number of wagons loaded at the Krichim railway station (today the town of Stamboliyski) increased with each passing year.

But before long, the political situation in Europe and in the country changed drastically. Suddenly, everything that had been built and accumulated through hard work, and the profession practiced with love and dedication over the years, no longer had the same meaning.

Raised on the family stories told by his grandmother and seeking the spirit of his ancestors, at one point Pavel Dzhingarov decided to leave behind the modern world and a well-paid job with a promising career.
At only 20 years old, he returned to his roots to become a pillar in restoring the family traditions of viticulture, winemaking, and family entrepreneurship.

Together with his wife – Reni Dzhingarova, who faithfully stood by his side through all difficulties and challenges, they laid the foundations of the revived family business, starting with an inherited vineyard plot of 6.3 decares.

Like every new beginning, the difficulties were almost insurmountable. More than 20 years passed before the Dzhingarov family, through persistent and dedicated work, managed to approach the scale of the pre-war years.
In the end, the united family succeeded in restoring the entrepreneurial prestige and the good name of their ancestors.

Despite the many material difficulties encountered along the way, Pavel Dzhingarov never once put his family in the background, guided by his spiritual values. Raised with a love for the craft, their two children also grew up devoted to it: Georgi Dzhingarov and Tanya Dzhingarova.
Thus, with God’s help and united efforts, in 2018 the family winery with the resonant name “Dzhinvira” opened its doors for its first harvest.
